Ondo Finance Completes Oasis Pro Acquisition to Build U.S. Tokenized Securities Markets

Ondo Finance has finalized its acquisition of Oasis Pro, securing a suite of SEC-registered licenses that bolster its position in the burgeoning tokenized securities market. The deal grants ONDO access to Oasis Pro's broker-dealer registration, alternative trading system authorization, and transfer agent licenses—collectively described as the most comprehensive digital asset service approvals in the U.S.

The combined entity now possesses full-stack capabilities for primary offerings, secondary trading, and capitalization management of tokenized public and private securities, with settlement options in both digital and fiat currencies.
